Return & Exchange Policy

I accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14  Days after delivery

Send items back within: 30  Days after delivery

I do not accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problem with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these products, no withdrawal is possible for the following products. This is different if the products were defective or damaged on delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (such as groceries or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate articles (for health / hygiene reasons)

Return policy

Buyers bear the shipping costs for returns. In the event that the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
